Description

: A strong leader with a 360 degree exposure to business disciplines but mastery on Marketing. He should have conducted / commissioned and used Market Research extensively in his career; knowing how the major tools are applied and what’s the benefit of each. The candidate should have 5-10 years management experience in a MNC; ideally most of it in Brand Management with a plus if a certain period was spent in the Research discipline. His should have a good 6th sense for Finance. He should be a people person, with strong communication & negotiation skills. Thought process should be analytical, being able to grasp problems and suggest creative solutions to them. Having an engineering / IT bachelors degree with a Masters in Marketing / Finance would be the best combination. Finally, he should have handled large teams, with at least 3-5 people reporting to him with a good record of achievements
